1. Shipping Policy
New Zealand Orders Only

We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time​

Processing & Dispatch Times
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (NZST) will be processed and shipped the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (NZST) or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.

  • Please allow 1-4 business days for delivery, depending on your location and the courier's schedule.​

Delivery Charges

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the size and weight of your order. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly advertised.​

Liability After Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched and handed to the courier, Monroe Lashes is not liable for loss, delays, or damage during transit. We recommend tracking your shipment using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.​

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Monroe Lashes is not responsible for delays or lost items caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

2. Returns Policy

At Monroe Lashes, we strive to provide the highest quality products. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase:

Lash Friday & Sale Products
  • All Lash Friday products and sale items are final sale.

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted unless specifically authorised by Monroe Lashes due to a confirmed product defect.

Sleeping Masks
  • Eligible for return or replacement only if the item is defective upon arrival.

  • To qualify, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide photo evidence of the defect.

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging for return approval.

Cleansing Kits
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cleansing kits are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Please review the product description and usage instructions carefully before purchase.

No Liability for Reactions
  • Monroe Lashes is not liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or any adverse effects resulting from product use.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and instructions prior to use.

  • No refunds or replacements will be issued for these reasons.

How to Request a Return (Defective Sleeping Masks Only)
  • Contact us within 48 hours at [insert email address] with your order number and photos showing the defect.

  • If approved, you will receive return instructions.

  • Returned items must be received within 7 business days of approval.

  • Upon inspection, we will issue a replacement or refund (excluding shipping costs).

Non-Returnable Items
  • All beauty accessories and tools (including lash cleansing kits).

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.

  • Items not in original condition or packaging.
