Terms of  Service

Effective Date: 06 August 2025

By booking an appointment with Monroe Lashes, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Client Responsibility
  • Clients must notify Monroe Lashes of any concerns or issues within 24 hours of their initial appointment for review and resolution.

  • Failure to do so within this timeframe may void any eligibility for correction or touch-up work.

2. Deposits & Booking Policy
  • Some services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

  • Deposits secure your appointment and are applied to the final service cost.

  • If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule, the deposit may be rolled over one time only.

  • If you reschedule again or cancel after the first rollover, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for future bookings.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
  • No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

  • Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service amount.

  • Failure to pay outstanding fees will result in the refusal of future bookings until the balance is cleared.

4. Timing & Late Arrivals
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and a late cancellation fee may apply.

5. Aftercare & Results Disclaimer
  • Monroe Lashes cannot guarantee results if aftercare instructions are not followed.

  • We are not responsible for lash retention issues caused by external factors such as oily products, incorrect aftercare, medication, or natural lash shedding cycles.

6. Health & Safety
  • Please disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or eye conditions prior to your appointment.

  • Monroe Lashes is not liable for any reactions or issues resulting from failure to disclose this information.

7. Refunds
  • We do not offer refunds on services performed.

  • In the rare case of a concern, contact us within 24 hours for assessment. Adjustments are made at the discretion of Monroe Lashes.

8. Product Policy
  • Products purchased are subject to our Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy.

  • For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.

​

9. Right to Refuse Service
  • Monroe Lashes reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including but not limited to: repeated late cancellations, non-compliance with policies, or inappropriate behaviour.

10. Agreement

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
