Hi, I’m Kirsten — the heart behind Monroe Lashes.
With over a decade of experience in the beauty industry, my passion has always been helping women feel confident and empowered through the art of lashes and brows.
There’s nothing I love more than seeing that moment when a client looks in the mirror and realises how something as simple as the perfect lash set or beautifully sculpted brows can enhance their natural beauty.
For me, it’s about more than just a service — it’s about creating a space where you can relax, unwind, and leave feeling like the best version of yourself.
I’m fully qualified in classic, volume, and advanced styling techniques, and I’m a certified lash trainer.
I was originally trained in South Africa through Vogue Lashes (now Lovella Lash Artistry), and I’ve continued to invest in ongoing training and upskilling throughout my career to stay current with the latest techniques, trends, and best practices in the industry.
Today, I specialise in bespoke lash sets, lash lifts, and precision brow sculpting, using premium products and a detail-driven approach tailored to each individual client.
Lash health is at the core of everything I do. I focus on correct application and take the time to educate my clients on aftercare, ensuring their natural lashes remain strong and healthy — because great lashes are truly a team effort.
Originally from South Africa, I moved to New Zealand nine years ago with my young family and have loved building a life here. I bring creativity, attention to detail, and a warm, friendly touch to every appointment — because beauty should feel effortless, empowering, and never overwhelming.
