
Booking Policy

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment, which will be deducted from the total treatment cost. This demonstrates your commitment and safeguards both your time and mine.

Booking fees are transferable for up to two reschedules, provided the appointment is rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. If rescheduled for a third consecutive time, the online booking system will automatically apply a new booking fee.

In the event of a "no-show" or last-minute cancellations (within 4 hours of the appointment), a 100% charge of the booked appointment will be applied as these slots are challenging to fill.

For returning clients seeking an infill, ensure your appointment is scheduled within 4 weeks of your previous lash application, returning with at least 50% of your lashes intact.

Please arrive at your appointment on time; no additional time will be added to late arrivals.

Clients arriving 15 minutes late will result in the cancellation of the appointment, with the last-minute cancellation/no-show policy in effect.

The standard Salon Booking Policies apply unless stated below:

Lash infill bookings must be within 4 weeks of your last appointment to qualify for the April discount. Otherwise, a new set will need to be booked.

$10 OFF applies per appointment—the discount is capped at $10 per booking, even if multiple services are included in the same appointment.

All deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to retain your deposit.

No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

The discount applies only to appointments booked for April and cannot be applied to future bookings outside this period.

This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
